We offer the ultimate in E-Coat design - from cleaning to curing. Our shop contains a complete 11 stage pre-treatment, zinc phosphate cathodic system with a 3 stage post rinse.  These coatings are very uniform, durable and protect from corrosion.

PSB's SlideRail Square Transfer™ (SST) conveyor system is unlike any other product handling system in the finishing business. Parts are indexed along a low maintenance slide rail, rather than a traditional chain conveyor. Computer management hardware monitors and controls the entire process to guarantee the perfect paint job.

Our tank design allows proper paint circulation without clumping, settling or foaming, which can impair a finish.  Optional rack agitation frees trapped air bubbles, ensuring that solutions reach every nook and cranny of complex parts.  Stainless steel construction eliminates corrosion and permits the use of deionized water for superior paint bath formulations.  The bottom-entry cure oven is situated over the process tanks, maximizing use of floor space and cutting costs.

Our finishing systems are fully contained and completely automated to increase throughput while holding labor costs to a minimum.

Therma Tron-X electrocoating systems
Therma Tron-X electrocoating systems feature AVC - Automatic Voltage Control (patent pending), which continually monitors product throughputs to insure optimal paint build. When a system is not running at full capacity, applied voltage is reduced, maintaining proper application thickness - but preventing overcoating of part. Automatic Voltage Control can cut paint costs by up to 20% on a yearly basis.
